Please be advised that on Saturday 18th June 2022 there will be a scheduled upgrade on all Switzerland dbRAS (Pulse Secure) gateways to version 9.1 R8.4. The upgrade will have all the new features and security updates required to support new Windows OS and macOS future releases.

Apple Mac users who are using Google Chrome as the browser should not be affected. However, should you experience issues or use Safari as the browser please follow the steps in this guide.
If you have RSA SecurID related issue and you have received email from the team informing RSA to MFA migration, kindly login via MFA. For setting up MFA or migrating to MFA, please follow the instructions mentioned in the Azure MFA Migration.pdf. If you are not in DB Network, please use MFA OTP-Tap feature requesting via your manager.
Microsoft and Apple have released their latest OS named Windows 11 and Monterey respectively. At this time, Windows 11 and MacOS Monterey are not supported for dbRAS. You may experience unexpected problems if you use these products and dbSupportPlus will be unable to provide assistance with issues affecting Windows 11 and MacOS Monterey at this time.
